PEPTIONS orders ship from Hong Kong. We aim to process orders within 48 hours after payment and order review. Weekends, public holidays, compliance review, and exceptional circumstances may extend processing time.

7-Day Return Request Period
You may request a return within 7 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging. Contact SERVICE@PEPTIONS.COM before returning any item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 7 days with your order number, product and lot information, shipping label, and clear photographs. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Import Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming that products may lawfully be imported, possessed, and used at the destination and for any applicable duties, taxes, permits, or customs requirements.
